Last Friday April 3rd Richard could feel his pancreaitis coming on about 4 or 5 in the morning he took a pain pill and i told him he was not going to work i would rather have one day off of work then a week. He felt good after waking up around 7:00 but he did stay home just to make sure all was well, he didn't eat anything until around noon then it was very light meals. He continued to do good all day Friday and through out the weekend only had to take 1 pain pill which is good and i was glad that he was able to read his body and take charge of this pancreaitis thing. Not to have the pancreaitis take charge of him. So hopefully he is learning how to deal with this.
We are remodeling our kitchen I will post some pictures maybe this weekend I am not done yet so the pictures might have to wait till it is finished.

That's a relief. You have taken the reins and it's wonderful! I can't wait to see your new kitchen. A remodel can be a frustrating mess, but it will be awesome when it's finished!
